What types of units are available at Angelus?

The Angelus offers a variety of units to choose from, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.

Is there on-site parking available at Angelus?

Yes, we offer on-site parking for residents at The Angelus. Please contact us for more information about parking availability and rates.

Can I bring a pet with me to Angelus?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community at The Angelus. However, there may be certain restrictions and fees associated with bringing a pet. Please contact us for more information.

Do the university shuttles come to Angelus?

Yes, the Windsor shuttle comes to our property and the shuttles for Ross U and UMHS have a stop close to Angelus.

Does Angelus have a pool or gym for the tenants?

Angelus does not have a pool or gym. Tenants can look into getting a gym membership at the Marriott resort, or at the Royal resort across the street.

What are the rates for utilities and internet?

Our water and electricity come from the Marriott resort water and power plants and the rates are included in the rent payment along with internet fees. Please see our rental application for more details.

What is the minimum stay or lease at Angelus?

Our tenant leases or stays must be a minimum of 4 months.

Is Angelus located in a safe area?

Yes, Angelus is located in Frigate Bay which is the tourist part of the island. Our property is located beside the Marriott Resort and across the street from a police station. Our property offers 24 hrs security services and we have surveillance cameras of the outside of all buildings.
